Biography

Kiwan Nicole Fitch is one of the founders of My Sistahz Keeper Association (MSKA). She also served as the Executive Director. She has extensive experience working with various populations in the Social Service Industry for the last 15 years.
She serves as a mentor for women who are returning from incarceration and women who are transitioning from welfare to work.

Ms. Fitch is a graduate of Seton Hall University’s Non-Profit Leadership Institute as well as Rising Tide Capital’s Community Business Academy.

Kiwan's first book, "Confessions of a Welfare Mom: an urban anthology of personal experiences" will be out Fall of 2011.

Ms Fitch is a consultant with SheEO Rock! A company created to strengthen 2011 women via entrepreneurship by December 31, 2011.

In November 2010 Ms. Fitch launched, The Kiwan N. Fitch, llc. A company she created to continue her work with women in transition as well as offer here expertise to businesses, organizations, and individuals.

She graduated from New Jersey City University. She is the mother of 3 sons, ages 19, 8, and 7 and a licensed foster parent to an 19year old young lady. Ms. Fitch recently relocated from Jersey City, NJ to Columbia, SC.
