Kristi Rimkus

Biography

I'm a weight loss coach, low calorie recipe developer, food blogger, and writer.

I hold a certificate in health and wellness, and love to share my 30 years of cooking experience with people committed to serving healthy meals to their families and friends.

Fifteen years ago I joined Weight Watchers wishing to lose 40 pounds and improve my health. Daily exercise and learning to cook healthy foods changed my life and sparked a desire to return to school and learn as much as I could about nutrition and health.

As the author of a blog focused on recipes for health, I’m able to share what I’ve learned with people wishing to incorporate healthy cooking into their lives.

I’ve written articles focused on food and cooking for Fit&FabLiving and Travelin’ Local. I've published Mother Rimmy's Cooking Light Done Right iApps and eBooks, as well as being published in Taste of Home Healthy Cooking.
