Lesley Curnow

Biography

Hi, I'm Lesley Curnow. My book is called THINGS WE CAN'T UNTIE. It is set in a small town on the Hokianga Harbour, not a million miles from where I live.

I have always loved to write. I started writing short stories and after wins in local and provincial writing competitions in NZ I took a year off teaching to attend a polytech writing course and write my first novel "Drowning in Light Seas".

Things We Can't Untie is my second novel. It reached the Semifinal stage of the Amazon Breakthrough Novel competition in 2008.

I've always been interested in alternative forms of publishing and believe the Indie revolution in print is the way forward for readers and writers alike.
