The book is true, but glorifies drug use. Also it glorifies a teacher who took advantage of a family by having sex with the mom with the 4 kids and the father that worked hard at giving his family everything, including sending his oldest son to this school where Mr. Savage Junk Sick was illegally teaching, and my mother and Mr. Savage got very close, and we sort of adopted him. I found out last year he was having sex with MY mother and in his memoir gives her MY REAL NAME, I call that sick in the head. But the book is interesting even though Norman Savage copied my book LIVING LIFE AT THE UN PLAZA, used my descriptions of the apartment we lived in for his own memoir. No proof, but I know it. Heroin is a horrid thing, and mom told us many times that when Mr. Savage came over to NOT mention why he wore long sleeved clothing, he was a junkie. With all the sex he and my mother had, I'm surprised she didn't get some disease, but she lived a full life and it looks like Mr. Savage isn't doing so bad himself. All and all I cannot get that chapter where he calls my mother name MY name, but otherwise, nothing I can do but bitch about it.
