Biography
Level Francois is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vel Financial Group, S.A., a merger of several companies in Haiti. His writing career has produced several novels. The first, Ultimate Justice, is due for publication soon after this book. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and is also a political leader in Haiti. He was a presidential candidate in Haiti in 2015 and may run for office again in future elections. He is married with his primary residence in Haiti, secondary residence in Miami Beach, Florida.
