A fun workplace comedy. Ex-actress Jill takes a low-level job in a big New York ad agency and is immediately caught up in a "save the business" pitch as the supporting person to a bunch of crazy divas (male and female). The characters are funny and fresh -- Jill is relatable and her budding relationships with the men in her life (the funny gay friend, the preppy colleague who pursues her despite numerous rebuffs, and the famous writer who may or may not be interested..) provide a nice counterpoint to the office drama. There were fun twists and a satisfying ending. Look forward to her next book!
