A distinct voice sets these sublimely dystopic pieces apart: that, and the author's clear appreciation for the power of themes in fiction. And there are powerful themes afoot here. My favorites? "Ten with a Flag" "Malingering" "Ma, Gin, and the Bug-eyed Aliens" and the absolutely shudder-inducing "Scratch". A fine collection well worth your time.

Finally! My page breaks happen where I want them to! Thank you. Note: Consider using http://word2cleanhtml.com/ checking all but the tab box, and ignoring the div tags when you cut and paste your clean HTML. Seems less of a headache than the method you discuss in Third edition for getting clean HTML. Thanks again!
