My name is Melissa, and I’m a reformed corporate drone. I am passionate about helping late 20-40 something’s make their dream job a reality through coaching, speaking, community, and online resources.
Throughout my corporate HR career, I was responsible for coaching executives, creating career paths for various functions, guiding employees through their own careers, creating and delivering training programs, full life-cycle recruiting, enhancing talent, coaching and counseling employees at all levels with questions and issues; and engaging the workforce – among many other things.
