Krista Joy

Biography

I began writing in my early teens as nothing more than escapism from a life beyond control. Luckily this method of coping proved fruitful and has since become one of my most passionate pass times.
I am a qualified illustrator, and spend my time between writing, drawing, sculpting and any other general making. I like to think of myself as a mixed media story teller, moving between words, drawings and photography. Often, a character design will lead to a story or vice versa.

To date I have self published three short stories, and continue to work on those in the queue to be finished, as well as pursuing that most glorious goal of having my children's book professionally published.
