Biography

A semi-retired financial adviser with over 50 years of experience, Robert Zimmerman remains active in the field. He has a BS in Finance from the University of Detroit, and a MBA from the same institution. He qualified for the Certified Financial Planner designation over 30 years ago.

Because he sees so much need for unbiased information in the financial world, he stays current with all developments, with particular emphasis on the changing industry. He recognizes that most people are not comfortable with discussing insurance, and writes to enable his readers to intelligently put to work the features of insurance contracts that informed people already know.
