Luigi Palmiero

Luigi Palmiero is a Philosopher Doctor in Public Politicy Analysis at the Politecnico University in Milan. He has designed granular computing systems of individual merit during group activities, offered in open source on www.planpact.org/test. After the Nunziatella Military School ('90 -'93), he graduated in Literature and Philosophy at the Pavia University with a degree in Economic Anthropology. Once completing his PhD studies, he resumed his works about decision-making processes, particularly regarding the changes introduced by the Web. "The power of communication is mainly the creativity that frees, when used strategically. Even unknowingly, the exchange of communication generates value, which increases exponentially when it becomes conscious". Currently he is an Official of the Italian Ministry of Justice and also coordinates the Agency "ArticoloVentisette" for the Penitentiary Labour. A member of the Order of Journalists and an author since 2003, he has specialized in public communication management after obtaining the Master in "Management of Social Communications, Political and Institutional" at the Open University of Language and Communication IULM in Milan.
