Leslie Vaughn Weaver


Biography

Leslie Vaughn Weaver is a native of Chicago, Illinois, he studied at Southeast Missouri State receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Historic Preservation. He later took a position as the Collections Assistant at the DuSable Museum of African American History. In a pursuit to further educate himself, he joined the US Army where he was stationed in South Korea and Fort Monroe, Virginia. His stay with the Army was short lived but he found a way to rise to the rank of Sergeant in under two years. After an honorable discharge and receiving a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University, he moved to Hawaii where he began his work in Human Resources with the US Army as a civilian. Currently, Mr. Weaver attends Regent University where he is working on a second Masters in Script and Screenwriting. He continues his work with the US Army in Great Lakes, Illinois. He has since opened his own production company named A Six:19 Production where he plans to educate through Short Stories, Screenplays, Documentaries and Motion Picture Films. He plans to produce work in the mindset of being mentally and physically free. He's married to his beautiful wife Cheryl and three loving children.
