I read all of these over the past year. I really enjoyed them. I'm not too much of a reader, and this series helped me to get more into reading. That said the story line gets fairly repetitive. The ending of the last book (Lord Protector) leaves a bit to be desired. There are few questions that are left unanswered and for as many words & books as there are, the ending should be rock solid.
