Sometimes there is a cat on holiday with her but mostly she talks to herself. These poems are evidence to the madness within. Lots of her work swims in the literary seas of small magazines.

My view of the present, of the world at 2013. The future is a different collection all together…I might publish the past as I swing by 69. I do like to chat-up the presence of old age and death, especially with laughter, and at the rate the years sprint we’ll arrive long before expected. My shadow and I sit in quiet meditation, painting scenarios and inventing characters who remind us of us.

I didn't expect to like this but I did. I loved the image you used of the old love hidden beneath the crocheted blanket...and as a writer I really can't pull it apart! It is a beautiful piece of work, that you might change or re-shape in future but as it is now it's lovely. x
