This story is OK. However, it can be much better if there is no waitress in it to disrupt the flow and distract the reader.

Seems to be a rip off of the video game HITMAN. Most people know about AGENT-47 and the AGENCY. There is even a movie. Turning a man into girl and changing the name of the assassin organization is certainly not going to fool me.
