Biography

I was born and raised in San Diego, California and now divide my time between Modesto and Santa Cruz. I hold degrees in geology and geophysics from San Diego State and Stanford, worked in oil and gas exploration for ten years, made a big career change and now maintain a receiver/trustee practice. I read a great deal and write in my spare time. I'm married with two grown children.
