Michael Klerck

Biography

Michael Klerck was born on Robben Island, and grew up in Cape Town South Africa. He is the author of a number of textbooks for colleges, including one that has enjoyed one of the longest uninterrupted runs in South Africa.

He published a children’s fantasy novel called The Key To Tantalis, and in 2001 he won the coveted Mondi Paper Magazine Award for work in Men’s Health magazine.

Where The Light Is is his first adult literary novel. He now lives south of Vancouver, British Columbia with his wife Marietta and two of their four children.
