For every regular manning a barstool, there is likely a family at home. Daughter of the Drunk at the Bar is the always poignant, often hilarious story of Janie, a girl coming of age under the shadow of her father's alcoholism in the era of Laverne & Shirley, Love's Baby Soft, the dawn of MTV, and Jordache Jeans.
