A former Navy submarine officer, Mike Lehner works for the government and lives in Seattle. He is the loving husband of Jennifer Vasché Lehner, who wrote Elimination Diet 101 to help people have an easy, delicious, and successful Elimination Diet experience.
Mike also edited that book and became so intrigued that he tried the diet himself. Mike enjoys traveling, wine tasting, fitness, and eating home-cooked meals with Jennifer and their son, Luke.
