A fun read for both young adults and adults alike. I found this story of werewolves, shape-shifters, faeries, elves, secret societies, ghosts, ancient Egyptian curses, and dragons, hard to put down. The story is well structured as the characters move between a antique-filled castle in Scotland, an ancient Egyptian necropolis, and a bachelor’s ranch in Arizona. The three main characters are likeable and you cannot help by become attached as the children begin their quest to save the day. My only criticism is the length of the story – I wish it had been longer. I am anxiously awaiting the release of the second book.
