  • Immortalis Carpe Noctem on March 13, 2011

I echo what everyone below has written. This was a good book, I enjoyed reading it and it was definitely value for money.
  • The Vampire's Concubine on March 13, 2011

This was actually a great book! My only grouse was that it was just too short, an issue which affected character development and the overall plot of the story. For what it could have been, I would still wholeheartedly recommend this book!

I enjoyed this book a whole lot. It was romantic but my only problem was I wish it was longer.
  • The Queen Bee of Bridgeton on Nov. 06, 2011

This book was incredible!!! I enjoyed every single word!! The characters, Sonya, Will and Sasha, the plot was superb and I was engrossed till the end. It took me back to my high school years and made me wonder about a couple of things. I kinda wish there was an epilogue, but maybe not...it was perfect in every single way!
  • Renegade (The Captive Series Book 2) on June 05, 2012

You need to publish the final book in the Captive series. Please and please. Its amazing!!! I was frantically searching for a way to contact you and tell you this, then I realised I could just leave a comment. Please and please would you be able to publish it on smashwords today? Enough about the please, about the actual book...the love between aria and braith is touching and sweet. In the face of adversity and impossibility they are still trying to find a way. I really want to know how it ends.
  • Eyes of Silver, Eyes of Gold on June 05, 2012

This was such a touching and tender love story. I loved every bit of it!! Even with the absence of hardcore sex scenes long after I finished reading the book I was still thinking about it!
  • Rachel's Eyes, a Short Story on June 05, 2012

A short but fitting sequel to Eyes of Silver. Thanks for giving us some kind of conclusion as to how the story ended :)
  • Dancing on Coals on June 05, 2012

This was so powerful and beautiful. It was as good Eyes of Silver and dare I say it, touched me even more!! Gaetan and Katherine's story was so enduring. I wanted it to continue, it was so delicious!
  • Winter Haven on June 05, 2012

This was am amazing book!! I thought about this book long after I finished reading. It affected me so much!! Their love story was sweet but doomed. Well written and it was expertly told.
  • North Island: a sequel to Winter Haven on June 05, 2012

I have to be honest, this wasn't as good as Winter Haven. I looked forward to the sequel so much but this felt rushed. I was disappointed, especially because I really wanted it to be excellent.
  • Not His Type on June 05, 2012

I was awkward like Anna and Jake would be my ideal man. I love the Christian theme running through the book. It was incredible, a lovely'ugly duckling' story told with humour and warmth! It was beautiful!
  • Captured (The Captive Series Book 1) on June 05, 2012

I keep on checking back this page to see if the final of the captive series is out. Captured was great, tender and sweet. Aria and Braith, all their challenges. These are the kind of books I like, there are so few of them, either they are the hardcore 'vampire sex stories' which I dislike, or they are the twilight kind of romances. This is perfect. Funnily enough I am watching the Queen's diamond jubilee and they've just interviewed a young girl called 'Aria' how uncanny!!
  • A Viking's Love on Aug. 28, 2012

This book is awesome!!! It ranks way up there with the Julie Garwood's and Judith Mcnaught's! It was soooo satisfying, the conflict, the love, the fights, the romance...you dwelt on each theme appropriately so there wasn't any sense of it being rushed. The author knows how to write! I have bought about 4 of your books now and I am not disappointed in the least. I would highly recommend!
  • Refugee (The Captive Series Book 3) on Jan. 04, 2013

I have waited at least 6 long months for this book and I am so not disappointed. It was worth the wait. I think Ms Stevens' fans would agree with me on this. The writing style was still as powerful and evocative as ever. The relationship between the two main characters Aria and Braith was so deep and filled with so much longing. I finished this book on the day of purchase (coincidentally the day of release) that's how bad I wanted to read it! Erica Stevens is an amazing writer and it is my pleasure to watch how popular she's become in such a short space of time. The Captive Series especially are without a doubt amongst my favourite books and here's to hoping that soon this author will be competing with the best of them cos yes, she's that good! Lastly, it would be amazing if book 4 could come out as soon as possible *hint* lol (I know its not that easy but in the still lingering Christmas spirit and New Year air!)
  • Refugee (The Captive Series Book 3) on May 12, 2013

Erica is an amazing author! Just had to say this again. Her books are really good. They are like fine wine- they get better each time and its always like a new experience :)
