- Lasting Impressions of Terror

This is a great collection from an up and coming author, Bridget Squires. The stories are easy to read and quite entertaining. The two that resonate with me the most are Madame Cherie's Twisted Treasures and Choices. I am a big believer in everything is a choice and you accept the consequence for that choice and these two stories hit the nail right on the head. Although these are horror stories, they do have a moral and I can see them in the young adult realm as well. I would recommend this read!

This is an interesting twist on an old legend. The characters are compelling and leave room for future growth. This was an enjoyable read.
