Biography

Michelle Faustin is President & CEO of MJF Strategy, a growth strategy, interim executive, and business expansion consulting firm. She is an interim executive, growth strategy, and business expansion expert, armed with 20+ years experience, who has worked with and for over 45 organizations ranging from start-up to Fortune 100 companies in 21+ industries to date including Time Warner, NRG Energy, Constellation Energy (now Exelon), Elsevier, and Club Med – just to name a few. Prior to starting MJF Strategy, Ms. Faustin worked for the CIGNA Corporation where she was the creator and head of Competitive Intelligence for the Group Insurance Division, as a Manager of Strategy for Accenture, and in Mergers & Acquisitions and Assurance and Business Advisory Services at Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. Faustin also held various financial roles at the Colgate-Palmolive Company, Citibank, West Merchant Bank, and others. She has been recognized by the CEO Journal, Philadelphia Business Journal, Business 2 Business Magazines, CFO Magazine, and the Interim Association. She is also a speaker (Renaissance Executive Forums, Women President Organization, National Association of Professional Women and others) and past guest growth expert on radio shows Executive Leaders Radio and The Marketing of Business hosted by Lynn Doyle. Ms. Faustin holds an MBA from Duke University, a BS from Morgan State University (Summa Cum Laude), and attended Wharton Executive Education. She is also a nonpracticing Certified Public Accountant who enjoys sports (especially football), travel, dance, cooking, and entertaining.
