Biography
Paula Moore retired from the position of Executive Assistant to the President of New Mexico State University in 2000. After bachelor’s and master’s degrees from New Mexico State University, she earned an M.F.A. degree in 1992 from Warren Wilson College, Swannanoa, NC. One previous book, Cricket in the Web: The 1949 Unsolved Murder that Unraveled Politics in New Mexico, won four regional awards, and her short stories and poems have appeared in several literary journals. She and her husband Leon live in Las Cruces, New Mexico, the “City of the Crosses.”
