Kizmo Macoubrie


Biography

A native Californian, Kizmo grew up a "surfer girl" in San Diego and now lives in northern California. She maintains a quiet lifestyle while writing the sequel to MoreThan a Wish. She describes herself as someone who loves to laugh and when queried about her book, replies, "I wrote a beginners book for people who are depressed or need to be in a better place in their lives. It's a book of recovery and hope, and how to start over and triumph over any obstacle.

Kizmo writes a brand of Christian books for non-Christians and for people who feel they are spiritually unique. This includes people who has no concepts about spirituality and those who might feel God is beyond their reach. Kizmo believes a prayer is more than a wish, and that her relationship with God is her greatest blessing, it's why she wrote More Than a Wish.

Kizmo's book is based on personal experiences and includes glimpses into her television show. She interviewed numerous personalities including Dennis Weaver, Arlo Guthrie and several members from: Star Trek:The Next Generation.
