Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, then relocated to a suburb nearby,I currently live with my husband, 2 of my 3 daughters and my precious granddaughter. My family means everything to me.... well, that and reading.

Smashwords Interview

What are your five favorite books, and why?
Pride & Prejudice because of the slowly evolving love story with it's twists & turns. Written beautifully.

Anything by Raymond Chandler, the man who changed the face of detective stories from the English countryside to downtown, shabby L.A. California. Chandler has a dozen bon mots in each book.

Mrs. Piggle Wiggle... my 1st loved book when I was 10 years old. Mrs. Piggle Wiggle was called in by parents of difficult children. She was wise & knew how to problem solve in very interesting ways. I've tried to emulate her my whole life.
What do you read for pleasure?
My pleasure is detective stories. I love read crime stories with their clever solutions. I love many types of books - from classic to dime store books. Detective stories are easy on the eyes, read in between more complex books.
