Biography
Mark S. Hankins, JD, LLM served the State of Florida for two years collecting claims from individuals and companies who damaged state property in auto accidents. Following several more years in private practice, he established Florida Incorporators, Inc. to provide incorporation services to Floridians. In 2007 with the financial crisis clearly on the way, he began work on the book that was to become "Debt Hope: Down and Dirty Survival Strategies", first published in September 2009 and now being made available in updated form on Smashwords.com.
