N2R Media is an innovative communications company founded by music and media entrepreneur Simon Adams with his partner Katy Jacks. The company delivers business knowledge, ideation, coaching and communications for the creative industries through the medium of books, audio books, new media, live seminars and workshops.

With over 25 years experience as a music producer, digital music publicist, radio journalist and entrepreneur, Simon, a UK Native, now residing in The Netherlands, brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to music industry professionals and independent artists worldwide looking to manage change and create growth in the new digital business landscape.

In 2009 Simon set up the digital music marketing subsidiary of N2R Media, MyMusicSuccess and the business has enjoyed fast continuous growth ever since. MyMusicSuccess has helped launch independent artists into the Billboard charts, and has run successful international marketing campaigns spanning the US, Japan & Europe for a number of upcoming independent artists. MyMusicSuccess now focuses on delivering artist development communications to the music industry.

Simon also attends and runs workshops at leading global music industry trade events such as Midem, Popkomm, The Amsterdam Dance Event, and has extensive specialist experience in artist development coaching. He is an author and speaker and is chairing the Future Music Forum 2010 in Barcelona for Icon Events International. He is also delivering the Future Music Forum keynote presentation. Simon’s recent media appearances include contributions to the leading online music business podcast DigitalMusicTrends, and Midem Radio.

His new book “101 Ways To Market Your Music On The Web” will be published in August 2010 through N2R Publishing, and he is currently writing a contributory chapter on music promotion in the new music industry for the 2nd edition of the best selling book “The Dance Music Manual” by leading UK producer Rick Snoman.
