Biography
Nadiyah Abdul-Khaliq was born in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. She has lived in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and California and currently lives in Kingston Upon Thames, England. She got her BA in English/Creative Writing from Washburn Uni in Topeka, KS. She is working on her MA in Creative Writing and The Creative Economy at Kingston Uni.
When not trying desperately to get her school work done, she blogs (Nadi 1.0, Nadi 2.0), reads (everything), and writes. She is a self-published author of four books (Demons of the Guilded, Blood of the Hunted, Color in the Dark, and 500 5-Minute Writing Exercises).
In addition to writing, she loves to teach. She taught high school English for a year at UAIS and loved it. After she graduates, one of the things she plans to teach in Korea for a year. After that, there’s no telling where she’ll end up, possibly Dubai or somewhere in Europe.
