The aftermath of a battle can be worse than the battle itself. After sending a troubled (read: murderous) imaginary friend back home for some much-needed help, Tess needs to clean up the mess left behind with her best friend Bet, and Bet’s brother, Sam. Only one of them is prepared to allow Tess back into their life, though, and Tess has some hard realizations to accept of her own.
