Peter A. Smalley

Biography

Peter A. Smalley is a lifelong reader, an avid vocalist and actor, a dedicated scientist and a writer with a wide variety of themes and genres. Though his earliest literary work - as yet unpublished - dates back to second grade, he has recently ventured into ebooks as a way to break out of the traditional "publisher pipeline." Despite losing the marketing power of Big Publishing, he strongly believes that he can deliver better product to his readers at both a fraction of the normal cover price and a higher return on his creative efforts. If you want to support a talented new Indie writer with far more ideas than time to write them down, look no farther!

Here is a short myth set in an ancient Japan that never was (but could have been), with monks that never were (but might have been), and journeys toward enlightenment (which may yet be). Here you will find monks and shrines; love and enlightenment; and no few stones, streams, and sutras. Perhaps, somewhere in the midst of all this, you will also find tranquility.
