An interesting story. Give it a read if you're the type of person who likes a mystery. The clues are all there in the story and in hindsight it seems almost obvious but I must admit that I was surprised by the ending. Good story.

A quick read and a good little book. I especially enjoyed the second story, Deja Voodoo. I couldn't wait to see how it would end. (And the ending was well worth the read.)

Great book. I vividly remember 1971 and the characters and story line definitely fit the time period. I was hooked after the first page and went along for the ride. And, what a ride it was. This book rolls along and the main character goes from being a geeky high school graduate to a streetwise adult in the course of one summer vacation when he helps to solve a murder and learns the meaning of friendship and loyalty at the same time. This is definitely one to read.
