Lance Orndorff
Biography
Lance W. Orndorff, MS.Ed., is a graduate of Averett University (BS, 1989) and Old Dominion University (MS.Ed., 1991 & Ph.D. ABD, 1997), a military veteran, and non-profit development specialist .
Lance acquired his foundational experience and knowledge of student strategies while serving in Student Services at Old Dominion University for more than 8 years during his Master's and Doctoral work.
In addition to a strong Higher Education Leadership background, Lance has worked closely with national leading fundraising strategists and specializes in emerging non-profits and their growth.
“The best place to begin with developing increased funding sources – organizational or personal – is to forget everything you ever thought you knew about the process. Then, build new understandings and follow proven practices. This is generally true about most areas of our professional lives where we continue doing the same things and expecting different results,” says Lance. “It’s time that we all give closer attention to the way in which we run our personal lives and organizations so that we can live and work smarter, and enjoy the limitless rewards that result.”
