Lance W. Orndorff, MS.Ed., is a graduate of Averett University (BS, 1989) and Old Dominion University (MS.Ed., 1991 & Ph.D. ABD, 1997), a military veteran, and non-profit development specialist .
Lance acquired his foundational experience and knowledge of student strategies while serving in Student Services at Old Dominion University for more than 8 years during his Master's and Doctoral work.
In addition to a strong Higher Education Leadership background, Lance has worked closely with national leading fundraising strategists and specializes in emerging non-profits and their growth.
