After reading How to Feel Better When Things Get Worse, I began listening to it - for about 2 months now.
Though this isn't a typical thing to say in a review, I have to share something curious that happened to me about 3 weeks ago. One morning I meditated with the toning-meditation before going to the Dr for an annual check. On my way to the DR. I also play the song and sing along in the car.
Once in the Dr. office they did the EKG test (measure the rhythm of the heart); during the exam the nurse told me to relax so I thought it was a good idea to meditate again, but this time just in my mind - like trying to listen to the song.
By the time I got to work I had a message from them telling me that they would have to do the exam again because they got strange results: my heart rate was too low. Jejeje!
I proved to myself that this really works for me!!! THANK YOU.
I went back did the test again and it was perfect. This program has become such a wonderful part of my life!
