I am 73.Retired but still active. I have only recently entered the realm of Writing. My first book Meso Warriors was a biography of my wifes fatal disease mesothelioma.
Commonly refered to as Asbestosis. It is currently enjoying sales world wide. The reason for this book was in the first instance to raise money for mesothelioma uk. All the revenue from sales curently goes to this charity. The second reason was to enlighten folk of its nature and give hope and dignity to a sad situation .
My Second, Coffee Time Poetry is short collection of my poems selected from many I had written over the years and simply pushed to the back of the drawer.
My 3rd ,A Surprise Christmas Present. Is a short true adventure of my strange Christmas present that both frightened and excited me.
My 4th. Every Day makes a Difference. Is a biography of my childhood from 2 years old, living with an abusive mother, being dumped at 4years old at my first School, earning a few bob which mother took from my first Job,then on to
MY Aprenticeship Capers in Chatham Dockyard Where mother took even more money. How did we ever learn a trade But we did. My memories of life as a National Service man. My eventual demob,Getting maried and then a return to normal life.
My 5th, A short Story of fiction. About an old mans fears on a dark cold winter evening just what is out there.
Its available for free.It was a toe in the water for me writing fiction.
I am currently writing a sequel to Meso Warriors.
Also, an un-abridged version with legal and media comments included on the un natural death of my 16 year old daughter.
Revenue from these also goes to mesothelioma uk.
My account including legal corespondance of my Daughters Death at the hand of a 15 year old irresponsible motorcyclist. Was the Coroners verdict the right one. In my opinion and the opinion of independant resources since that day, that the Verdict was flawed. No charges were ever brought against the boy for her Death.
My memories from around 2 years of age.Through years of an abusive spiteful mother. My Apprenticeship capers.Concluding with my National Service and my return home to continue living with my lovely wife. A true account of my first 25 years of learning just what makes us what we are.
A small collection of my Poems written over several years. All my previous work was discarded or just not written down to keep. Often given away or written for friends. This will be my first attempt to publish them.

This is a series of short storys. As you work your way through them you find you want more. The tales are compelling. I am shortly to get the second book in the series. Maybe there is also a book 3 round the corner. Fingers Crossed.
