Short, clear and to-the-point. Book full of no-nonsense truths, useful insight and, what is the most important, practical guidances. Yeah, that's a guide, not a Ńollection of instructions nor a treatise on metaphysics. There's a little bit of both, and thus there's much more. And by the way, not for all. It provokes your own mental activity - just try to think about your future, bastard! Great. I like it, Frost is the man.
