Biography

Robert B. Marcus Jr. has a bachelor’s degree in physics and a doctorate in medicine from the University of Florida. He has been selling science fiction stories since he was in college, when he made a sale to Analog Science Fiction/Fact. Since then he has published a number of other stories adn a novel, and he is a lifetime active member of Science Fiction Writers of America. Most of his fiction is based on accurate scientific principles, but in science fiction there is often at least one assumption in a story that stretches the scientific truth.
