LAN Manager
As the LAN Manager in Korea I maintained over 380 computers, and 280 network email accounts.
As such I ensured security of the systems in my domain, Maintained data backups, and properly observed data flow throughout the network,
I was also responsible for restoring operations after a crash and gathering data to identify user needed to continue operations.
My main objective was troubleshooting computers anything from excel to hardware issues.
During my tenure in Korea I wrote three applications for use in the 2-9 INF Battalion
The first was a program to scan YouTube for anything related to the 2-9 INF battalion.
And send a report to the commanding officer.
The second was a program to make processing solider data easier.
And the third was a trouble ticket program made in PHP/MYSQL

Supervised quality control and implementation of shop policies to include overall utilization of available personnel skills to accomplish the assigned maintenance support mission.
