I take issue with MT Lincoln. I worry about him. If he can't figure out what the author is trying to say, perhaps he should look to himself rather that criticise, what is essentially a quite well written and very useful book. Incidently smashwords does use the epub format, but I found it more useful to use PDF for adobe on my computer. I had not published an ebook before, but following instructions in the Styleguide, I successfully published four, each one at the first attempt was included in the Premium Catalogue. And incidently the system for Table of Contents is not absurd and actually works. Finally do not blame other people if you elect to use a MAC.
