Many of the loop rides can be combined or can be done as a shorter “out and back ride”. Any loop can be done in either direction. Biography
I live with my wife in the Montlake neighborhood of Seattle. In addition to fitness rides, I take part in various charity rides each year usually beginning the season with the annual Chilly Hilly event, a 33-mile ride around Bainbridge Island in February and the STP (Seattle to Portland) bike classic in July. I am a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and the University of Washington, College of Engineering. I'm currently riding a Cannondale road bike and a Schwinn Madison single speed bike.
