Biography

As an engineer, Art Dragon would seem an unlikely choice to author a book on nutrition and healthy eating. But driven out of desperation to control his weight while still enjoying his favorite foods, he developed the Food Balance Wheel, the subject of his first book "Balanced Eating Made Easy with the Food Balance Wheel". A master of bringing order to chaos, he then applied his talents to organize and make sense of all the conflicting information surrounding nutrition and eating right in "Journey to Fitness", sharing his personal fitness successes to help others discover their own path to the often-elusive goal of lasting fitness.
