Consultant
Shola is a creative thinker, analyst and strategist. He provides organisations and individual with solutions to deliver superior and sustainable performance. Prior professional experience was in the UK Public Sector as Business Analyst, Project Manager & Training Consultant on several turn around and performance improvement projects providing Business Process Re-engineering, Project Management and Change Management Services.

Business Coach
Shola offers coaching and mentoring services to enable both individual and corporate clients achieve their full potential. He supports clients in setting appropriate goals and methods of assessing progress in relation to these goals. He creatively applies tools and techniques which may include strategy development sessions, one-to-one training, facilitating, counselling & networking. He also encourages commitment to action and the development of lasting personal growth and change.

Trainer
Shola is passionate about training and developing people. He has developed and delivered several training programmes. He was a Consultant Trainer to the Chartered Institute of Housing for many years. He trained for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Britain. He also ran a training School in the UK where over 1000 participants benefitted from his training programmes. He initiated and started the Annual Human Capital Summit, a gathering of Human Resources Professionals across Africa. This event has become a platform for examining emerging and contemporary professional practices in Human Resources Management.

Entrepreneur
Shola does not only talk the talk. He has established several companies over the years. He is a serial entrepreneur with diverse interest in Recruitment, Training, E learning, Events Management, Publishing, TV & Media. He presently runs a portfolio of six companies; under the brand Human Capital Asset Management Group. He is a hands on Consultant, willing to pass on knowledge and skills he applies to running his own businesses.

Career Coach
Shola is acutely aware of what it takes to get to the top of your career. He ultimately knows what employers are looking for. He runs several Career Coaching Clinics focussing on Maximising Career Potentials. According to Shola, ‘’the Rules of Work has changed, to survive and get to the top of your career requires an understanding of the dynamics and politics of the present day workplace, ignore this is at your own peril’’. He is writing a motivational book titled ''Thank God It’s Monday''.
