Sandy is the Director of Studies at International House Bydgoszcz. She has worked all over the world as a teacher, manager and CELTA trainer. She blogs regularly and is active on Twitter, as well presenting webinars and attending conferences.

Describe your desk
As clean as possible! It doesn't matter how messy the floor or the drawers are around it, but I find it difficult to work if there's anything on it other than the books/computer/paper I need for whatever I'm doing right now.
How do you approach cover design?
I find somebody else to do it for me :) For my first book, this was Luke Meddings at the round, the publishers who invited me to put together my first book.
