Mark Coker has produced an excellent guide to preparing your eBook for publication on SmashWords. He takes you through each of the steps necessary to format the eBoook and you'll learn a lot more about MS Word in the process - I know I did.
My little eBook is almost ready and views fine in all the eBook readers, thanks to this guide.

This eBook by John Dodds will have you reading on long into the night, for just when you decide to finish a chapter, you make the mistake of glancing at the next chapter – and then the author has you hooked! A sleepless night. Mercifully, it means you finish the book in record time, because you get totally engrossed in the story.
This is a fast-moving thriller that has a great plot, in fact, it has a few sub plots and you don’t know quite where it is all leading to. John Dodds has a writing style that is easy to read and his characters are believable.
I agree with another reviewer (cara doran) who commented that this book would make a great movie. Detective Inspector Kendrick could be another Rebus – or John Hannah and Ken Stott could play two of the other characters with Bill Paterson as DI Kendrick. I think any good actor would love to have a part in Bone Machines. Well worth paying a few cents or pennies to download this excellent eBook.

I must confess that I don’t like mushy love stories or stories about an almighty god – and this looked like a woman’s book too (judging by most of the reviews), but I review books that are set or partly set in Scotland and for 99 cents it was worth looking at.
Right from the first chapter, I was hooked.
Cyndi Tefft skilfully unfurls this tale of life and death, of time travel – and of course, of love. But just as it was about to get too mushy for me, this crafty author sprang another surprise and I was drawn in again.
As Aiden and Lindsey travel back through time revisiting real events in their lives, the love between them grows very strong. Along with this blossoming romance, there is plenty of action and twists in the tale to keep you turning the pages.
The sequel to this book is to be called Hell Transporter and it is only right and fitting that this story should continue, because there’s a lot of adjusting to do for one of the characters. It will be interesting to see if Cyndi Tefft can weave the same magic into this tricky follow up.
Is this going to be a trilogy? Only Cyndi Tefft knows the answer to that question, but the potential is there.
This talented young lady may become an internationally renowned bestselling author if her subsequent books are of the same quality and storytelling craftsmanship.
