Biography
Dr. Hall received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Tufts University in 1981 and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fordham University in 1992. After working as a psychotherapist in many different settings, he started a private practice in 1999.
Dr. Hall’s former patient and co-author, Andrea Avigal has been in full recovery since 2006. She returned to school and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marist College in 2010 and her MSW from Adelphi University in 2012.
