About the author:
The author is Kurdish. He wrote poems, stories for children. He is also a painter of oil and acrylic paintings. He is fond of reading of all kinds : Realism and Imagination and knowledge . He lives in the Middle East . He likes to sit in isolated places in nature.

What motivated you to become an indie author?
In 2008, I tried to publish my book (Alpha Sketch) which is a printed book (in Arabic) that helps students of architecture and artists. I figured out that publishers in my country demand everything to be done by the author, while they do nothing. So I decided to print the book and publish it myself. That was totally successful. Then I started to search for a publisher for my novel "Eleven September and me"(in English) till I found smashwords
How did you choose smashwords for publishing and why?
At first I did a wide web search, and from the first moment I entered smashworlds, I found freedom that gave the writers around the world the chance to publish on at no restriction or high cost and gave them also wide marketing.
