This is a Universal workbook for all who relate to the relevency off Gratitude and the understanding of ones self. I have utilized this work book as a tool to better understand myself and how we are all conected. Iris K. Barrat is an Amazing Author who, as you read you will see put her tremendous knowlege into this workbook. Iris is an inspiration to me and all who read and work thru this process. It provokes critical thinking and the great undrstanding of the power of being greatful for all things. This workbook can be used in so many different manners. I truely thank her for her devotion and powerful understanding of Universal conection and Gratitude. You will see in her examples how she devoted her time to make this a Universal workbook for ALL.
