Although born and raised in Texas, Sherry has lived in many states including Florida, New Mexico, Oregon, Oklahoma and South Carolina.
She earned a Bachelors Degree at Lamar University in Beaumont, TX and has worked in a variety of fields.
She now resides in Houston, TX where she is close to her three daughters and three grand daughters.
Besides writing poetry, she enjoys digital photography, genealogy, and graphics.
