Shirley Harber
Biography
Shirley Harber grew up in the beautiful county of Sussex.
She was lucky to be surrounded by woods and fields, which sadly have disappeared under the new town of Crawley.
Shirley became a primary school teacher and enjoyed making up and reading stories to her classes.
She went to live in Egypt for a while and it was there she started to write her first children's book. She wrote several more books then she had the idea for 'Krystal Bull Rain Dancer.' She was thrilled when 'Little Devil Books' said they loved it and wanted to publish it.
Shirley also writes poetry and has had great success in various competitions.
