Biography
Leong Lup Weng has a Civil Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from FHT-Esslingen (Germany). He has worked internationally in various corporate roles, and speaks Chinese, English and German.
Apparently he is also a covert writer and illustrator, and has written and published in 2 languages. He is rumoured to be an award winner with the Singapore National Arts Council for illustrated children's work. Most of his commercial writing is uncredited, while his claims on the Tambun Cave paintings have been discredited.
